Warranty & Repair

Every Saharas Essentials piece is inspected before it ships, and we stand behind the materials and craftsmanship that go into it. If something goes wrong because of how your piece was made, we'll make it right.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Your jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date your order is delivered. A manufacturing defect is a problem caused by how the piece was made, rather than how it was worn. Examples include:

• A stone that falls out of its setting during everyday wear
• A broken clasp, prong, chain link, or post
• Plating that flakes or peels prematurely under normal use
• A setting or band that cracks or separates without impact

What This Warranty Doesn't Cover

• Normal wear over time, such as surface scratches, softening of finishes, or gradual fading of plating
• Damage from impact, crushing, pulling, or snagging
• Damage from water, chlorine, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, or other chemicals
• Pieces that have been resized, repaired, engraved, or altered by anyone other than Saharas Essentials
• Loss or theft of a piece or its stones, unless the stone loss is due to a confirmed setting defect
• Changes of mind about size, fit, or style (see our Return Policy for returns within 15 days)
• Issues we're unable to confirm when we inspect the piece

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us within 14 days of noticing the problem at info@saharasessentials.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. We'll review your claim and, if needed, send you instructions for mailing the piece to us for inspection.
3. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the piece at no cost to you, including return shipping to you within the U.S. If the exact item is no longer available, we'll offer a replacement of equal value.
4. If the issue isn't covered, we'll let you know your options, which may include a repair at your cost. We'll always give you a quote before doing any paid work.

Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims require proof of purchase from saharasessentials.com, such as your order confirmation email or order number. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Caring for Your Jewelry

To keep your pieces looking their best, remove them before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Put jewelry on after applying perfume and lotion, and store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box.

Limitations

This is a limited warranty and is the only express warranty Saharas Essentials provides. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the one-year duration of this warranty. Our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective piece. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
